Add more Sections: Bottom tool Bar for mobile / Tabbed Menu Bar in Desktop

Ideally for mobile, add this widget (without animation) https://codepen.io/joeltorres-7/pen/popqYzG mixed with the functionality that is in the menu tabbed bar of Admin Page (image 1) (im reffering to ability to hide widgets and show only the widget of the tab selected, I think it will be cool since it will emulate a native app, without need to reload for each button. For Desktop, add the menu tabbed bar with the commented funcionality, ( image 1 - )

DexKit1 - The menu tab showed on screenshot has the option to Hide and Show Widgets, without need to reload, this is not attended by the current side bar menu, what is asked is a menu tab bar to be inserted inside the pages( in add section/custom section) , so we can hide and show widgets depending on the selected tabbed INSIDE THE PAGE. Like ahe menu page that hide and show in admin (image 1)... This functionality ( of hide and show widgets without reload) is the same asked for the Bottom Bar Mobile Version (link of Codepen) in order to emulate a native app (like instagram, binance, or any other native app).
