Idea: Escrow Contract for (P2P Marketplace / For Secure Transactions Crypto/ to Fiat or Real World Transactions
Bastian De Magalhaes
It would be interesting in future to add a P2P type of Protocol to let users create P2P Escrow Contract for Secure Transactions where the 2 accounts need to sign to release funds.
A perfect Example is Binance with Their P2P Marketplace for Crypto to Fiat between Users... This could also handle Real World Sells, where the Buyer and Seller dont trust each other, similar to Real World Marketplaces like Alibaba "Trade Asurance"where you can dispute
The Final Decider in case there is a Non Resolved Conflict should be the Designed Marketplace Owner...
As aditional Feature, a Simple Chat Messaging System between Wallets Accounts could help Users to Comunicate. but this is not needed for Firsts Iterations of the Product

Hi, Bastian, thanks for another amazing idea!
Definitely this is something to have a look (escrow contract) because it can be revolutionary not only for DexAppBuilder but also for the ecosystem.
Maybe we can do something similar for us to try and test ad nauseam and after look for a way to make it public following the best practices.
Just one question regarding your suggestion in order to resolve a dispute, don't you think it's dangerous to give all power to the marketplace designer?

Eliécer Hernández We should look to see what are the best protocols doing this. I dont know if it could be possible With SAFE.
the procotol could have also a String Saved when deploying, to give Context of the "Deal" and mapping to easy track . This will facilitate the Work of the account that will enforce justice and also the person who is agreeing to the Contract. So you give option to input real world contracts.
I think there should be fees, when deploying and when disputing.
About the power of decisition, something like a Safe MultSig wallet could be a good solution for marketplaces that would want to decentralized or have more deciders.
